All Is Well
All Is Well is an upcoming Bollywood romantic family drama film starring Abhishek Bachchan and Asin in lead roles. The film is being directed by Umesh Shukla who again tackles a thorny issue with a social message just like his previous venture OMG – Oh My God! and is produced by Bhushan Kumar, Krishan Kumar and co-produced by Ajay Kapoor while Himesh Reshammiya has composed the music. The film is expected to be released in 2015.

Delay
Cast members Rishi Kapoor and Abhishek Bachchan, who play father and son, are left waiting as Smriti Irani, with her new job as the Minister Of Human Resource Development, attends to far more crucial matters than make a movie. This puts the project in a quandary, as Irani’s presence is extensively required for the next shoot.

Reports suggest that Smriti has been trying hard to work her way through the schedule of the film, but hasn’t succeeded in doing so because of her cabinet work. The same has resulted in her calling it quits with the producer and the film.

The HRD minister revealed the details to a portal saying,” It is really sad but I had to take this decision of opting out of the project as I have a larger role to play and have a duty towards our nation. The nation has expectations from me and this Government, which I will fulfil. The people of India have put their faith in us and I will not let them down.”

She further added saying,” “I understand the team has to make accommodations due to my departure and for that I am extremely grateful to them. I tried to rework my schedule and shoot every weekend which my co-stars graciously agreed to as well, but for logistical reasons that did not materialize. Given the circumstances, Mr. Bhushan graciously let me bow out.”

The fresh shoot for the film starts in January 2014 and producer Bhushan Kumar confirms the release date as 3 July 2015.

Plot
All Is well is about a road trip undertaken by Rishi Kapoor and Abhishek Bachchan, who are later joined by their mother. Reportedly, Asin also plays an important role in the film.

Filming
Following the two week workshop from October 1 involving lead actors Asin and Abhishek Bachchan,[2] the shooting of the film began on the auspicious Eid on 16 October 2013 which was confirmed by Abhishek Bachchan on Twitter.[3] The director of the film Umesh Shukla is shooting the film in Himachal, Pradesh, Sikkim, Dubai & London and is expected to shoot in different cities in India.[4] In May 2014 it was reported that all the cast of the film were shooting in Shimla.[5]

Development
Director Umesh Shukla spotted many locations for filming in Dubai and different cities in India.[2] After the location was fixed, the whole team including lead actors Abhishek Bachchan and Asin were part of a workshop to prepare shooting for the film.
